Notes: Gate of Heaven Cemetery opened in 1938 and is comprised of 31 rolling acres. Resting place of many notable persons, including Premier Angus L. MacDonald (-1954). In addition to traditional burial plots, Gate of Heaven Cemetery offers a niche collumbarium for interment of cremated remains.
